Now the writing teaching for junior high school students mainly focus on exam essay training by coaching skills or giving assignment as normal, which may dampen the students’ creative passion,making students creation constrained. In contrast, panoramic composition teaching is designed to train students with broad horizons, socialized comprehension, careful watching with sentiment, writing with heart and soul. Thus, it will help improve students’ writing skills and writing competence in a long term.Chapter One describes the conceptual definition and meaning of the advocacy of panoramic composition teaching in junior high school. The first chapter also explains the theoretical basis of panoramic composition teaching in junior high school based on middle school writing teaching requirements, pedagogy, psychology and other aspects. At the same time, it explains realistic basis of the panoramic composition teaching in junior high school by using today’s writing curriculum model.On the basis of the first chapter analyzes, Chapter II proposes 5 ways of selecting panoramic writing styles for students from the perspective of teachers by following the "Compulsory Education Curriculum Standards" (2011 edition).The new curriculum standards suggest changing the ways of selecting writing topics to promote students’ self- selected topics. Panoramic composition teaching mainly uses writing after a text, commentary writing, situational writing, graphic writing, free writing and other ways to give a topic in order to broaden students’mind, improving their writing skills and writing competence through practice.The third chapter explores the training methods of writing panoramic composition teaching from the perspective of students, such as different ways to write a topic, advocacy of multimedia writing, to promote students’ receiving, understanding, and use of knowledge, so that students truly love writing,and well-versed in writing.
