To the characteristics of good students, many people think that it not only means high scores but also good personality, character, qualities and so on. However, when faced with the pressure from external unified exam and the college entrance examination, all eyes are so focused on grades, especially text scores, that finally form a fixed thinking which is that students with excellent grades will perform well in all aspects and vice versa. This study has been researched on the basis of that phenomenon and chosen "the good student" from ordinary people’s mind as the research object, which aims to reveal their compliance behavior on stage and violation on backstage.To show different performance behavior of "the good student" between on stage and backstage, this study adopts qualitative research method and at the same time considers the interview, observation and text analysis as the auxiliary method. On stage, "the good students" can answer questions in accordance with the requirements of teachers, finish homework in time, ply teachers with questions after class and obey teachers’ orders in their learning. In working, class cadres can fulfill responsibilities strictly and get along well with the other good students. In addition, they also observe filial piety rigidly, respect elders, wear sober clothes and always forgive siblings when they have come into conflict, etc. These compliance behavior help the good students get others’ praise. Nevertheless, these so-called "good students" will make violations as long as they return to backstage, such as reading novels, playing mobile phone, eating snacks, sleeping, and passing notes in class. After class, they swear, smoke, drink, fight, abuse of authority, molest others with internet language, fall in love and conceive at an early age and so on, which breach school rules, mainstream culture of society and even hurt others.The reason that the different behavior of "the good students" between on stage and backstage includes external and internal facets. The objective factors consist of four aspects which are absence of parents in education process, shifting of schooling’s focus, impact of osmosis from peer groups and influence of mass media. The subjective elements are due to individual itself conditions that are physiological and psychological development early. The existence of these constraints has brought about violations of "the good students" directly and indirectly.As parents and teachers, they need to acquire introspection and inspiration from the fact that "the good students" also produce violation. Because of their neglect of duty, family education and schooling are to be conservative, namely, parents hardly pay close attention to the other education question except for scores and school only follow with interest academic records. Therefore, mental set phenomenon which people view the examination mark as evaluation standard is caused by changeless mind and the pressure of college entrance examination. For teachers and parents, they must get inspiration from it. We should strengthen the contact between teachers and parents to avoid simplex acquaintance, enhance intercourse with children to avert nagging education, broaden the imparting of knowledge to abstain misdeed from old-fashioned education, help students learn to select to refrain from defective information. Only by the joint efforts of teachers and parents can make "the good students" try their best to prevent violation happening and show genuine compliance behavior on stage.
