Since the nineteen eighties, a campaign to promote the professional growth of teachers "reflection" ideological trend has emerged in the Nishikata Emi country gradually and expanded rapidly, has swept the world trend. Today, reflective teaching, reflective teachers ideas more win support among the people, more and more educational accreditation, and become an important subject of teacher education and curriculum reform. In the implementation of the new curriculum of our school’s history, how will the new curriculum concept into middle school history teachers in their thinking and conduct, so as to promote the professional development of history teacher, teaching reflection is a very effective way.This article mainly uses the literature research, questionnaire survey and case analysis and other methods, on the results of previous research, the high school history teacher is teaching reflection of high school history teacher do research.This paper is divided into introduction, body, conclusion of three parts. The body consists of three chapters:The first chapter using the method of questionnaire and case interview, investigation and Analysis on the current situation of classroom teaching reflection of history teachers, and points out the shortcomings of the current high school history teachers in classroom teaching reflection on the problems, and their causes.The second chapter discusses in detail the basic way and strategy of history classroom teaching reflection of teachers, according to routine activity content and teaching program, the history classroom teaching is divided into three kinds:before the teaching reflection, teaching reflection, teaching reflection after three stages. In each stage, combined with the case from a systematic study. Finally, summarized the characteristics of three stages of teaching reflection, it is pointed out that different stage plays a positive role in promoting the professional development of teachers.The third chapter focuses on the related problems of history classroom teaching needs to pay attention, a detailed analysis of the role of history classroom teaching in the aspects of improving teaching quality, promoting teacher professional development and the historical discipline construction; and points out the concrete measures to improve the present situation of teaching reflection of teachers’ classroom teachers from the school level and individual level.
