As people increasingly focus on teacher's professional development, teaching reflection also gradually become one of the important ways of improving teaching skills. According to the present situation of domestic studies, engaged in the teaching reflection is countless, but most of these studies are not for the pre-service teachers' teaching reflection, but for the in-service teachers. On account of the pre-service teacher's education training in our country, the universities mostly organize education practice for pre-service teachers to improve their teaching ability, make them gain practical experience in teaching, and help them to gradually transform from the role of pre-service teachers to formal teacher successfully. Many researchers think that the teaching reflection is an effective way of improving pre-service teachers'professional development during the process of taking part in education practice.However, there are so many ways of teaching reflection, what kind of reflection ways to choose to help pre-service teachers effectively is a worthy of our consideration. Most of the teachers'teaching reflection is scattered, empirical, unrepeatable, which doesn't get what they expect first. Until the end of last century, some researchers made the suggestion of video-based reflection on classroom teaching, but for a variety of reasons, it didn't get enough attention and approval. Therefore, in order to help the pre-service teachers for effective reflection, this study chooses a pre-service teacher attending education practice as a case study object, take action research methods, choose video-based reflection on classroom teaching as the pointcut, and conduct video-based education reflection research. In this study, owing to the use of video-based reflection on classroom teaching, the core purpose lies not in evaluation of pre-service teachers'classroom teaching behavior, but how you help pre-service teachers improve their teaching skills by using effective reflection.According to the study, the researcher has a comprehensive and profound understanding about pre-service teacher's change that has taken place before and after using video-based reflection. Furthermore, on the basis of research findings and the conclusion of gains from the pre-service teachers, the researcher gives some reference suggestions.
