Because of the high school students have not complete understanding of high school biology experiment teaching, psychological will also be affected by social factors, school, interference of teachers, while in high school without reflection, their understanding is likely to be one-sided, so the investigation of the information may not be comprehensive to them, it is not completely true. So from the perspective of current situation of graduates, by retrospective investigation to explore the biological experiment teaching in senior high school in Yangzhou city.The author uses the network resources such as the school library, reading a lot of literature, including the research status of the biological experiment teaching around, about pedagogy, educational psychology, research methods of biology teaching, the new curriculum reform, inquiry learning and other aspects of the work, based on the construction of the object to understand the research methods, research ideas form this project, designed questionnaire for students graduating from high school. The questionnaire by related experts and teachers suggest further modify, perfect, and through the test validity analysis. Get through the network communication equipment and many high school graduates in Yangzhou City, in the form of E-mail release and recovery.
