Biology is one of the six basic disciplines of natural science, is a research and exploratory investigation science. In recent years, with the teaching of biology curriculum reform, survey and Analysis on the status quo of biological experiment teaching in various regions have begun to emerge, but most of these studies in high school students for the survey, but did not involve entering the university students have graduated. Because of the high school students have not complete understanding of high school biology experiment teaching, psychological will also be affected by social factors, school, interference of teachers, while in high school without reflection, their understanding is likely to be one-sided, so the investigation of the information may not be comprehensive to them, it is not completely true. So from the perspective of current situation of graduates, by retrospective investigation to explore the biological experiment teaching in senior high school in Yangzhou city.The author uses the network resources such as the school library, reading a lot of literature, including the research status of the biological experiment teaching around, about pedagogy, educational psychology, research methods of biology teaching, the new curriculum reform, inquiry learning and other aspects of the work, based on the construction of the object to understand the research methods, research ideas form this project, designed questionnaire for students graduating from high school. The questionnaire by related experts and teachers suggest further modify, perfect, and through the test validity analysis. Get through the network communication equipment and many high school graduates in Yangzhou City, in the form of E-mail release and recovery. The final link of high school graduates and 1176 questionnaires, 1146 valid questionnaires, efficiency of 97.4%. Which contains three four star national key high school, two three star provincial key high school, two high school. The questionnaire for data processing, and using EXCEL and SPSS statistical software for statistical science. At the same time, the investigation of the statistical data obtained with the present situation of high school biology experiment teaching survey data analysis, find out the graduates were retrospectively investigated and the differences in high school students study there.According to the results of the survey analysis found that the Yangzhou city high school attached to the biological experiment teaching level is still not enough, biological experiment class accounted for only 28.6% of the total hours of biological ratio reached 10%-20%, and the experiment out rate is not satisfactory, and significant differences still exist among the star schools, a number of experimental 10~15 proportion. A four-star, Samsung, senior high school were 42.6%,33.3%,15.4%. In addition, the graduates of senior high school biology teaching satisfaction is not high, in the investigation of biological interest, like the proportion of only 16.7%, which has a big discrepancy with the existing survey data.56.3% of the students in biology class too little, not many experiments, there are 73.3% graduates of the experimental class teacher said too fine, a small degree of freedom, the basic grasp of theoretical knowledge, but did not get the training ability. In addition, the graduates view on the role of high school biology experiment and the effects are also different, reflected in their biological and related professional university,60.9% biological graduates think biological experiment teaching can enhance the practical ability, the development ability of inquiry learning, and non biological related professional graduates is 60% of that experiment knowledge helps understanding the theory of teaching content, to help test.Through the research, analysis of these problems, reflection, give some practical and effective solutions, will help to deepen the teaching practitioner of curriculum reform and guide the understanding, after the reform of experimental teaching work, in the exploration of students’ biology experiment to improve the quality of route detours, accelerate the reform pace of biology teaching.
