Classical poetry is the testimony of the Chinese nation brilliant civilization, but also Chinese teaching in a very important part, is also important to examine the content, the college entrance examination. How to improve the teaching of classical poetry, to enhance students’ ability to appreciate classical poetry, it is an important topic discussed in Language and Literature Teaching.Content of the paper, including five parts, the first part is an introduction, general description of the concept imagery(into the objective foreign objects subjective feelings) Features(subjective emotion, subtle, multi-meaning, inheritance) classification(by Mr. Yuan Xingpei Image source categories), aimed at a clear concept.The second part is the text of the first chapter, focusing on the conduct of classical poetry from the Image to start teaching the meaning and role of imagery, poetry appreciation in line with the law, in line with the aesthetic needs of students, help understand the unique culture psychology, to help grasp the poet unique emotional world.The third part is the text of the second chapter describes the image of classical poetry teaching in two extremes, and the cause of this problem is explained from teachers, students, parents, and so on. The fourth part is the text of the third chapter, this section discusses the image of the teaching of poetry adapted to the type of classical poetry focuses on the image of the teaching point of view, from the visual imagery, combined, fixed moral perspectives for teaching imagery.The last part is the text of the chapter, this part of the major recommendations and strategies for teaching classical poetry teaching imagery suggested changing concepts, improve their literacy, when the image of teaching, mood, emotion combined strategy focusing on reading,associate also There were use of imagery elective thematic teaching, including the use of co-teaching model independent inquiry.
