Teacher evaluation is a measure of teachers’ work, the evaluation results with is closely related to the evaluation, promotion, salary, etc, so respected teacher evaluation. What kind of evaluation method can adapt to the new education situation change? Conducts the investigation and study on the issue of teacher evaluation, find out the current problems existing in the implementation of teacher evaluation, analysis the reason and puts forward the strategy.First determine the teacher evaluation questionnaire of a survey in five dimensions, respectively from the main content of participate in the evaluation subject, evaluation, the purpose of the evaluation system design, evaluation methods and procedures, deal with five aspects to design the evaluation results, understand the current situation of primary school teacher evaluation implementation. And according to the actual situation of zhuanghe elementary school choice in the city suburb elementary school, elementary school and rural primary school stratified questionnaires, combined with interviews of zhuanghe is in-depth analysis on the implementation of a primary school teacher evaluation, find the problems existing in the teachers’ evaluation. 1.A single information feedback with comprehensive evaluation subject, teacher evaluation in the body of led the vast majority, mostly from top to bottom. 2.The appraisal content is not lack of comprehensive evaluation without actual content, become a mere formality. Value assessment of project is more rigid simplification, test scores, as for the students’ quality, teachers’ cooperation and so on appraisal is less. 3.Understanding the evaluation purpose ignore the teachers’ own development, pay attention to teacher’s practical value, the lack of long-term view. 4. Evaluation of diagnosis of incentive oriented function is not ideal. 5. The quantitative evaluation of dominant is difficult to do deep analysis. 6. Evaluating system is imperfect. These problems have a system, there are also problems arising from the evaluation process, aiming at these problems, we put forward six aspects corresponding countermeasures 1. Build system of evaluation main body of teacher evaluation implementation, participate in the evaluation of the leadership of the narrow, attach importance to teachers’ self evaluation, the introduction of students and parents to participate in the evaluation model; 2. Enriching the content of teacher evaluation, and increase the process evaluation. Such as: increase extracurricular work evaluation, increase the students’ subjective evaluation, increase the teachers’ self assessment. 3. Establish a teacher development for the purpose of teacher evaluation target concept; 4.The combination of quantitative evaluation and qualitative evaluation; 5.Attaches great importance to teachers’ self assessment and evaluation of proportion; 6.Set up a long-term effective teacher evaluation supervision mechanism. Mainly from the implementation of system, and solve the problems existing in the teachers’ evaluation.
