Teaching evaluation is a significant link in education and is also a necessary means of testing the teaching effect and promote the development of teaching. Scientific, systematic, general and impersonal assesment of teaching, can get the most of mobilizing the enthusiasm of the instructionsubject(students), increase their self-confidence, motivate their potential and realize the best study of the teaching result."The most significant job in teaching is not to develop, but to find and arouse students’ potential". Traditional teaching evaluation system treats school and teachers as the main subjects, which can only judge the students’ academic performance obedience and can not accurately describe the types of each student’s intelligence and his or her ways of learning. This evaluation system is likely to kill the personality development of students.Recently, with the diversified, different leverls, ominibearing and multi-angle evaluation, the evaluation effectss seem more external, comprehensive, accurate and effectively boost the teaching advance. Furthermore, it gradually becomes the research hotspot in the area of teaching evaluation. This research object is on the teaching evaluation of moral education of Benxi mechanical and electrical engineering school,making full use of the advantages of multiple evaluation system both domestic and overseas and taking advantage of practical experience in teaching, in order to get a new type of diversified teaching evaluation system based on a "more evaluation subject".First part of this paper makes a analysis and research on teaching evaluation system of vocational school at home and abroad,getting to know their ideas and the latest research results and putting forward the innovation points of this thesis, the diversification of evaluation system of diversified subjects. The first chapter focus on the connotation of the evaluation model and expounds the positive significance. The second part concentrates on the present condition, causes, good points and shortcomings of the teaching evaluation system of moral education in Benxi mechanical and electrical engineering school and combined with the social, business, parents, students and teachers to perform the research conclusion. The thesis talks about the necessity of the above teaching evaluation system. The third chapter expounds the principle and implementation of the teaching evaluation system. The conclusion of the paper is mainly about the dicussion and summary of the gain and loss in the process of carrying out this evaluation system.
