The Influence Of Rule Change Caused By Electronic Protector On Taekwondo 's Technique And Tactics

In this study, the use of literature, video observation, expert interviews, the number of statistics and logical induction and other research methods, the Twelfth National Games in 2013 and 2014 Grand Prix Taekwondo(Queretaro station) two big tournament finals(38 games), athletes techniques and tactics for the study, analyzed mainly from the evolution of technology usage, the success rate, scoring rate situation and tactical application of the competition rules, and the rules for the use of research findings, propose appropriate countermeasures to strengthen the technical and tactical aspects of training.Through data analysis concluded: Evolution Characteristics:(1) The Competition Rules changes caused by the change of tactics : Electronic ①gear used later decisions way to reduce the subjective conditions, makes the result more persuasive; ②increasing difficulty score, encourages athletes use acrobatic moves, increase the ornamental value of the game, 360°kick spin, back spin technology such as action on the field use frequency; ③the venue from square to octagon, reduced the athletes to out of fear, the number of athletes due out was sentenced to warn reduced, to a greater degree of investment game.(2) Technical features as follows: turning①-kick, before turning-kick, push(side)-kicking techniques most frequently used, mainly offensive forelegs technology is widely used; ②swinging-kick, punches and double chop-kick success rate among the top three, but the situation is not very optimistic score; ③turning-kick, before turning-kick and cut down-kick score the highest rate of Skills, punch technical scoring rate also increased.(3) Tactical features as follows: open tactics gradually replace the closed stance, ①front leg primarily offensive technical status highlighted; ②a warning as a new tactics.the tactical use of the bureau’s perspective, the most use of the first and third set.In response to these conclusions put forward recommendations:(1) The rules of evolution technical difficulty scores increase, coupled with the use of the head after the electronic protectors reduce the difficulty score, hit head technology in the game will be more and more, so to strengthen Head defense training. Meanwhile, the technology can be more difficult to score quickly, so the difficulty of training technology is also imperative.(2) The development trend towards the sport of Taekwondo make technology more difficult, more intense sexual direction, athletes in training to strengthen the technical difficulty of the exercises, focusing on a combination of action and continuity of motion exercises, focusing on post kicking training techniques and turn technology, and after the completion of the stability exercises. At the same time, various forms of technical training to be combined and varied.(3) Difficult technical requirements sport athletes have strong qualities, often break through the limits of human physiology. Strengthen the quality of training athletes sports agility, coordination, reaction speed, complexity in the training process.(4) Improve the technical level athletes to avoid technical vulnerabilities; strengthen the offensive and defensive players of awareness, and strengthen the offensive and defensive conversion training.(5) Different grade, gender, athletes based on the characteristics of the athletes technical and tactical forms set suitable for their own special skill, cross practice various tactical skills, flexible application, form the personalized characteristic.
