| Tennis has been widely implemented on college campuses since it was introduced to China.As Chinese tennis players have won gold and silver in international competitions in recent years,tennis has become more and more popular in the sports of Chinese residents.However,residents’ participation in tennis is mainly based on leisure and entertainment,and their level of tennis is still relatively low.College tennis teaching and training,and students ’participation in tennis are not only related to the development of tennis on campus,students’ physical health and sports level,but also to promote the development of tennis in China in the future.Important role.In this study,literature data method,questionnaire survey method,expert interview method,and mathematical statistics method were used to investigate and study tennis teaching development and after-school activities in some colleges and universities in Sichuan Province.The research results show that:(1)some colleges and universities in Sichuan Province are fully equipped with tennis court facilities,timely maintenance,can guarantee normal use,and can meet the daily tennis course teaching requirements;Afterschool activity needs.College tennis court facilities are configured with teaching as a requirement.(2)Tennis teachers in some colleges and universities in Sichuan province generally have professional tennis training experience,strong sports skills,and mostly young teachers.The teaching of the course is mainly based on two aspects: tennis course teaching and tennis school team training,of which the tennis course teaching performance is basic.Technical teaching and tennis game activities;some teachers persist in afterschool tennis training and will take students to participate in tennis training activities,but will not conduct tennis game activities.College teachers prefer the teaching and training of tennis competitive techniques,and tennis game activities will be carried out in the course of teaching in accordance with the interesting characteristics of tennis.(3)Some college students in Sichuan have some understanding of the tennis project,but their cognition is not deep;they have a high interest in tennis,but their skills are weak;tennis courses are difficult to select,less frequently,and lack of extracurricular activities Effective guidance,beginner tennis students have limited improvement in motor skills,which is difficult to meet their expectations.College tennis teaching shows that there are fewer courses,insufficient technical training,lack of theoretical teaching content,insufficient development of students’ extracurricular tennis activities,and lack of effective guidance.(4)The countermeasures for the development of college tennis can be developed from the four aspects of optimizing the use and management of tennis court facilities,constructing a reasonable tennis teaching and training system,expanding the competitive tennis coaching team,and strengthening the construction of college tennis professional teams.According to the above research results,the following suggestions are proposed for the development of tennis in colleges and universities:(1)Take tennis training as an important content,and continuously improve the campus grounds and facilities,such as the construction of tennis walls,to provide tennis courses and tennis training.condition.(2)Enrich the teaching and training content of tennis teachers,and continuously expand the teaching content of tennis theory,tennis rules,tennis marketing,tennis equipment,tennis games and other aspects based on the teaching of tennis athletics technology.(3)Improve the teaching activity system of "teaching-training and activity-match" in tennis,so that students of different technical levels can find a position suitable for them,and choose the content of tennis activities that suits them according to their own level of competition and tennis development direction.,Training plans,exercise intensity measures,etc.(4)Combined with the discipline resources of this university,they have a thorough understanding of tennis sports marketing,equipment materials,and tournament management,and guide students to apply what they have learned. |
