The 21st century is the high-speed development of science and technology in the new century, in such circumstances, pay attention to cultivate and develop students’ ability is the inevitable trend of school education. Scientific thinking ability is the core of many ability, as one of the basic subjects of natural science of chemistry discipline, to develop students’ scientific thinking way, method and ability of important tasks.The whole process of chemical learning is the process of developing chemical thinking, thinking is the student study chemistry chemistry course, the core of the construction of chemical knowledge, determine the effect of chemistry learning.At home and abroad were reviewed in this paper, on the basis of research on chemical thinking ability training, combined with the characteristics of junior high school students to learn chemistry in China, relate this area actual situation, through the questionnaire and case study methods from various angles such as under the new curriculum idea is discussed how to change teaching mode in the high school chemistry classroom teaching to cultivate students’ thinking ability. By using the thinking of mind mapping tools to make the students thinking streamline, charts, and using the method of study and selection of specific case teaching to visualize the minds of students. Practice and explore flip classroom teaching model in chemistry students thinking ability in the process of ascension. Aimed at the general peer chemical thinking ability of training junior high school students thinking and practice in order to provide the beneficial reference.
