In recent years, "course type" has gradually come into the field of teaching. What is the sense of class can be called a "course type"? In a sense, it is just a lesson, one type of lesson or a class lesson instead of "course types"? "Type" is "kinds", it means orderly that a hierarchical structure of the system is formed according to certain dimensions. It is not only a kind, but also a set of systematic structure and some essential standard or logo. Therefore, so-called course type is a regular operating system of a certain type of class centering in the serialized teaching target and object in order to help students learn more structurally.This article has specialized the connotation, component and classification of course type. On this basis, in view of extracurricular masterpiece reading current situation of senior students, the guiding status of teachers, the value of course type have cleared the necessity of building course type "extracurricular reading classroom instruction". With course type for the gripper, this new proposition "extracurricular reading classroom instruction" will be examined with vision of structured and serialization. And constructed course type of extracurricular reading classroom instruction" from two latitude:based on the difference of "teaching method", course type is divided into "Recommended Reading", "Method", "Achievements Exhibition"; based on the difference of "guidance", course type is divided into "extensive reading instruction class", "intensive reading instruction class", "savoring reading instruction class".To further explore main points and strategy of implementation on basis of "methods guide" course type, this paper focuses on the content of educating value, expand logical series of teaching objectives, teaching process, expanding logic, teaching suggestions, typical case and a series of these components. This paper highlights the connotation of "extensive reading instruction class", "intensive reading instruction class", "read guidance classes". At the same time, it has built methods in extensive reading, intensive reading and reading of masterpiece in specific lesson, forming a implementation strategy of analysis before class, determination of design, guidance on class, construction methods, extends after classes, use of methods. Its purpose is to explore a effective path of extracurricular reading guidance.This study explores research of course type "extracurricular reading and curricular guidance" high-grade classics reading on the basis of high-grades classics reading. It is called course type with its serialization component, which can be used to extend research on extracurricular reading guidance of other grades. This paper hopes that teachers foster student awareness and overall awareness as well as awareness of creation to reshape their day-to-day teaching with the version of course type, transforming the concept of course type into specific teaching behavior. Make thinking change into behavioral change and improve the real growth of the of students’ language.
