The new curriculum reform advocates closely the language and life enhancement and social development, science and technology links to further enhance students’ ability to practice the language. For students with language skills as the main task of the native language classroom, it was a hot Literary language teaching, by contrast, practical text becomes deserted lot. Practical Man, and it corresponds to the concept of literary culture, which emphasizes practical, covering practical writing, expository, news, and other style. Language curriculum standards in compulsory education for Practical, expository, news and other practical teaching on both stylistic requirements, in high school are more clearly put forward the "utility class text" of the concept. Literary than practical text may be more boring, single form of teaching, students’ interest is not high. PRACTICAL teaching, we can say in a very awkward position in the current language teaching in primary and secondary schools. But it is precisely this style, the students present and future life and work of the highest usage is an important stylistic modern citizens must master. How to search for text in the practical art of teaching, the boring classroom vivid up, play practical text unique educational value, improve students’ language literacy, teaching out of the current state of this marginalization, is a question worth pondering.The main content of this paper by the introduction, body and conclusion of three parts.The introduction describes the relevant background information on the subject of research, including research origin, definition of the concept, research status, purpose and main contents, research ideas and research methods and so on.Body part is divided into three chapters. The first chapter is the study of practical teaching art text text levels to PEP primary language textbooks, for example, analyzed the choreography and teaching practical text elements and focus on primary and secondary language for nearly three decades combing the syllabus and curriculum standards the requirements and recommendations for practical teaching text.
