Education resource equilibrium problem has always been the focus of attention, because education is to achieve the rational flow of social foundation. The education meas that the attainment of personal knowledge, ability of ascension and the change of social status, it is in life at the bottom of society, especially the rural social members and the principal way of upward mobility. But through education to realize the rational flow of social is the premise of all the social members should enjoy a balanced education resources, so as ensure smooth channels of social mobility, especially guarantee at the bottom and the weak ability of peasant class of the upward mobility through education and opportunity. And throughout our country the status quo of education resources allocation, between regions, between urban and rural areas, school education resource gap also obviously, caused by unbalanced education resources quality education, students’ knowledge level is still outstanding, these phenomena indicate that the whole society through education set up to realize the rational flow of social channel is not clear. Especially between urban and rural basic education stage of the infrastructure, financial investment and the gap between faculty has caused students in rural areas, to a certain extent on the opportunities and the possibility of upward mobility, students are generally weak in urban areas, thus realize the call of the education resources equalization is becoming more and more strong.Form the perspective of social mobility theory, this paper emphatically from the imbalance of education resources, analysis of the relationship between the education resource and social mobility, the present situation of the urban and rural education resources is not balanced, and the present situation of urban and rural students in the social mobility of cultural capital, learning opportunities, the difference between knowledge and ability, and from the perspective of promoting the rational flow of social, from the ideological, institutional, legal and other aspects put forward the balanced urban and rural education resources, broaden the channels of social mobility of all kinds of measures, promote the student to obtain a balanced education resources between urban and rural areas, so as to realize the rational flow of society.
