Basic Education Resources In Urban And Rural Areasin Henan Province As A Whole The Configuration Problem Research

Basic education as a basis for national education, and its level of development is not only related to theharmony and social justice, but also on the quality of the entire country andthe prosperity of the country.Through the rational allocation of resources can promote thedevelopment of basic education and improvingthe quality of education in, but also to protect the education fair. Henan population, which requires theprovince at the time of the integration of limited educational resources allocation, more should payattention to fairness.
