Outline of Curriculum Reform of Basic Education (Pilot) was officially issued by the Ministry of Education in 2001. It clearly puts forward the key ideas of new curriculum for purpose of renaissance of Chinese nation and development of each student. It stresses that teachers shall fully reflect students’principal status during classroom teaching in order to cultivate students’taste to learning; give students’a light-hearted teaching environment so as to let them feel the knowledge and master the knowledge. During the classroom teaching, teachers shall create the classroom teaching climax at the right moment to add some highlights for lessons thereby promoting teachers and students creating a good learning atmosphere in discussion, studying and thinking and improving teaching and learning efficiency. This paper is started with the connotation understanding and its basic types of classroom teaching culmination, in combination of our own education and teaching practical experience, it has proposed the significance and practical path of establishment of classroom teaching culmination for ideological and political lessons.This paper includes three parts. In the first part, it makes a general introduction to the related concept of creation of classroom teaching climax in ideological and political lesson:first of all, it uses the connotation of classroom teaching climax to explore the nature of teaching climax; then, it discusses the basic characteristics in terms of the creation of classroom teaching climax in ideological and political lesson to laying foundations for activities later in the paper; again, it discusses the meaning in the creation of classroom teaching climax:first of all, to study this subject will be conducive to the implementation of new curriculum idea, improvement of teaching efficiency, elevation of teachers’professional quality, and the all-around development for students; then, likewise, it lists the problems incurred in the creation of classroom teaching climax and gives an analysis of the reasons. In the second part, by combining the practical experience in education teaching, it makes a systematic analysis of the corresponding reasons. In the third part, also the key part of this paper, on the basis of the problems proposed in the second part, it discusses the practical path for the classroom teaching climax in the ideological and political lesson and verify the feasibility for the practical path.
