Research On High Vocational Talent Cultivating Mode Of Order Form Education

High vocational education is the important part of the whole education, which takes an important task in the process of developing, as well as strengthening China with science and education. Being confronted with the rapid developing situation, we must keep probing the talent cultivating mode which is suitable for high vocational colleges, and improve the talent cultivating quality in order to realize the talent cultivating aim of high vocational colleges. It is a long-term significant task for us to make further study at present, even in the future.Whether high vocational colleges will exist or not has a close connection with their mode of talent cultivating. The mode of "order form education" is a new talent cultivating mode rising from our vocational and technical education in recent years, it means that colleges and employing units make talent cultivating plan together according to the needs of the students' future positions after graduation, both parties sign the employing order and supervise the whole process of cultivation, the students go to the employing units directly and take up their jobs after graduation. It is a new talent cultivating mode, which combines produce, study with research successfully. Now, many high vocational colleges take the "order form education" as a main form to cultivate vocational talents.This article takes "order form education" of Luohe Vocational and Technical College as an exceptional case. Having had a thorough paper investigation and interview, I analyze and explain the features, implementing effects and the existing problem of the talent cultivating mode of "order form education" , and also point out the suggestion and the way to deal with the situation, in order to perfect the talent cultivating mode of "order form education" , to make best use of the advantages and bypass the disadvantages, to adopt the experience and avoid the mistakes, to cultivate more and more qualified high vocational graduates for our society, to improve the further development of our high vocational and technical education.The study proves that the "order form education" of Luohe vocational and technical college has got some successful experience in objective of running college, construction of system, the process of cultivation and ensuring measures after a few years of execution.
