Ethics of university teaching anomie has become a general problem of universities in our country. It not affects only the teaching quality of universities and worsens the teacher-student relationship, but also makes seriously negative influences on the cultivation of university students’ profession skills and their employment. From tower of ivory’s isolated position to having made close connection with the society, the university performance has been greatly influenced by the great society; the university performance has been greatly influenced by the great social environment. Especially during the period of social transition in china, there exist such problems, like multiple standards of moral, unbalanced cultural value, over flowed morality and the weakening of social moral controlling mechanism, etc, which have important impacts on the ethics of university teaching anomie. The forms of ethics of university teaching anomie are mainly embodied in the following several including the abuse of teaching freedom, the alienation and between teachers and students, teaching utilitarian, as well as teaching evaluation. With regard to the causes for ethics of university teaching anomie, besides the negative influence Chinese moral anomie has made, it also because of teachers’ lack of sense of equality and social responsibility For students, their formation relative deprivation, high exceptions to teachers as well as the short coming of self-quality also lead to the ethics of university teaching anomie. In order to solve the situation of ethic of university teaching anomie, firstly, universities should prefect the management system and teaching standardization, teachers should strengthen self-cultivation of moral culture and personal prestige, intensify the sense of equality and the awareness of mental health, and meanwhile build the principle system of ethics of university teaching. Thirdly, students should strengthen the awareness of self-discipline to stimulate the moral faith of respecting teachers, thus promoting the formation of university teaching standardization.
