A Study On The Professional Ethics Of Administrative Personnel In Colleges And Universities

Professional ethics is a code of ethics which can enhance the occupational group’s sense of cohesion steadily and realize the professional goals reasonably. Each profession has its own professional moral rules. Scientific and reasonable moral rules not only can keep the organization of the occupational group steady, but also can stimulate the maximum professional efficiency. College administration staff is an important part of the college teachers team. The staff play important roles in the task which aims at guarantee the jobs such as school instruction, scientific research and so on to be in order. At present, as Chinese higher education is at an important stage of deepening the reform comprehensively and the college administrative restructuring is trying to explore a new development approach, the college administration staff must be faced with more new challenges during the period of the professional moral construction of college administration staff. In this article, I will introspect the college administration staff’s moral experience and problems on the basis of the modern college administration staff’s professional moral form. I will provide a few of implementation plans with reality through the role classification and feature analysis towards the college administration staff.The first chapter of this article points out the research on the college administration staff’s background, purpose, methods, feasibility analysis and innovation point. At the same time, it introduces the overseas and domestic research status on the college administration staff’s professional morality. The second chapter defines the theory of concerning concepts, explains about the professional roles of college administration staff and introduces the classification of college administration staff and the different features of the different types of posts. The third chapter expounds the modern form of the professional morality at the ’houpoqiang’ time. It introduces three ethics dimensions of the college administration staff’s professional morality and the professional moral rules of college administration staff. The fourth chapter analyzes the experience and problems during the period of the professional moral construction of the college administration staff and introspects the roots of the problems. The fifth chapter refers to that we should insist the rules of the professional moral construction and propose some implementation plans with reality.
