Our country is a country with a credit-system relatively early, the earliest dates back to the may fourth movement period of the Peking University teaching management system reform.Though relatively long history, the credit system in our country, the development of the ups and downs of the credit system, after the founding of new China had been replaced by the school years, until 1978, again set foot on the stage in the development of Chinese colleges and universities, and started up again and again to the credit system reform. So far, most of the university has implemented "credit system", whether it is implementing the "full credit system",however, still practice "academic year credit system" or "flexible credit system", a mode of credit system are more or less the same, more or less still cannot cast off the yoke of the academic year system, part of the university from the perspective on education concept, teaching management system the implementation of the credit system is a relatively perfect, but the actual implementation is still in the school year system under the teaching management mode, and a big gap between the credit system in true sense also failed to achieve the result that we expected.Influence factors of university credit system reform in our country is varied, and under the dynamic development, comb, careful analysis of various factors on, find the reform effect is not very desirable various aspects reason is to further deepen the reform, the basis of perfecting the credit system.As wuhan university credit system after reform and opening up the first batch of pilot units,while liu in the early 80 s the principal office had the credit system reform with a bang, wu3 da4 in teaching management of higher education reform in China at that time ACTS as a vanguard role. As a key comprehensive university, should have a strong strength of reform, the reform of credit system has yet to reach full credit system, the issue is worth thinking about. This article will in wuhan university, for example, in the wuhan university credit system reform, on the basis of detailed field investigation, analyzing various factors of university credit system reform in our country, and analyzes.Our country has experienced from the beginning to the research of the credit system focused on the study on the theory of the credit system, such as the development of credit system,the characteristics of credit system and the necessity of implementation, etc., to the Chinese and foreign comparative study abroad for the revelation of the implement of credit system, credit system to our country the problems and countermeasures of university credit system reform practice level of study, has obtained certain achievements, but there are still some problems, the analysis of the affecting factors of credit system reform, are limited to the analysis of the resistance factor, and it is not enough comprehensive, coherent, as to analyze the dynamic factorsof the reform of no one mentioned, but it just also is very important on the one hand, sometimes motivation factors and resistance factors intertwined, motivation factors will become resistance factors, dynamic mechanism of the reform of unreasonable also affects the reform process and effect. Therefore, this article selects the power factor, resistance factor two clues, environment level, organization level and individual level three levels on the influencing factors of university credit system reform in our country, analyzed combing, combining with the investigation of university credit system reform, explore the implementation of credit system in our country, the power and resistance of face, the deep behind the power and resistance analysis of these things.From the reform of credit system in a variety of power factor analysis can see that the university implements and perfecting the credit system is the inevitable developing trend of college teaching management system. And a variety of resistance factors showed that the reason of the reform of a long way to go. Some of these resistance factors may be difficult to overcome in a short period of time, but it can’t be used as an excuse to we refused to reform. We are going to have a correct understanding of the significance of credit system reform in the influential factors of the reform on the basis of investigation and analysis, continue to play a reform of reasonable motivations, gradually eliminate resistance factors, improve university credit system in our country.
