The employment situations shows that employment status is declining, supply is greater than the social sports professionals practical needs. Sports talents comprehensive quality is not high and not adapted to the social needs; professional settings repeat and talent training pertinence is not strong.Protocol employment is the first choice of five universities’ PE graduates in Heilongjiang Province, it takes the majority in employment statistics. The PE graduates’ are facing extrution in jobs and quantity by high educated and high quality requirements. Meanwhile, there has been gap between professional, treatment requirements and jobs. Universities have taken measures in talent cultivation, but the executive force is still not enough, the cognition of employment pressure is insufficient, PE graduates mainly lack of timely and operability personal goal.Independence employment tend to rising, the social independence of students are growing, in the economics and information rapidly development contexts, some traditional PE jobs can’t satisfy people’s requirements and lead to sill high phenomenon. These are good factors in students’ independence flexible employment. Universities have focused the relationship between students’ practice and society, but the specific measures and students’ personal preparation are not enough, students’ are not satisfied with career guidance. The self-employed amounts of PE students will slowly grow in short times but can’t have virtual change. Self-employed and flexible employment situation tend to content extensive and form breakthrough status, it is effected and limited by country’s self-employed policy.Universities are paying much more attention to the PE graduates’ learning and go abroad, in the background of PE graduate students recruit amounts growing and admission requirements decline, the development space is still vast. Specific practicable work, find operability improving ideological understanding is the important way. Universities and troops isolation state lead to the enroll information blocking.
