Every country attaches great importance to the gifted education, putting forward legal policy of gifted education, setting up specialized agencies, making specific training plan, etc. Mathematics as the basic subject of science and technology, mathematics education undertakes the important task of cultivating advanced talents, promoting the competitiveness of the country. Exploring the development way of elementary school mathematics gifted education, regardless of training advanced talents for country or for gifted student individuals is a significant thing. The study of gifted student mathematics course should solve the basic problems of gifted student mathematics education.Under the elementary school mathematics curriculum reform background, this study is based on the theory of gifted education. We selected the course of a gifted education training institutions "supernormal children training course" for research due to the completed system with a lot of users. This study uses statistical analysis to the course content and structure as the research object. The first, analysis the content of the course to get the course objectives and the course task level. Then contrast with elementary school mathematics course to get the differences. The third, analysis the inner structure. Finally, it is concluded that the course emphasizing the penetration of mathematical thinking and mathematical method and using acceleration enrichment mode. The course task level is higher. The course architecture is integrity with openly system. At the same time, there are some shortages of the course, such as failed to reflect educational principle, educational object system is not sound, etc.Based on the above research conclusion we put forward suggestions on the development of the elementary school gifted student curriculum. First of all, it is suggested that form the elementary school mathematics gifted education object system; Second, adjust the course content and keep innovation of the course content; third, add the "comprehensive and practical" module to be the carrier carring out educational principles; Finally, integrate the information technology and the curriculum resources.
