With the development of computer and Internet, dramatic changes have taken place in human living and entertainment, digital life gradually become many people’s way of life, people in the network learning, shopping, interactive entertainment, among them, the online games provides people with a new entertainment and communication space, become a new and realistic way of social existence.The purpose of 《The research of gang group identification in the virtual gaming community》 is to research and developed in virtual gaming community gang group identity, using in-depth interviews and participant observation research methods, directly involved in QQ XianXia "Yi Xing The world"gang in the daily activities and interpersonal interaction, observe the performance of the gang members, and interviewed some members of gang through the voice platform,than descriptive analysis to the structure and interpersonal interaction:First, the group obtained when the identity of the gang members to join, so that they have a common psychological identity, symbols and words through active construction, establishe d the identity of the group’s identity. Secondly, in the daily activities of the gang and interpers onal process, group members also agreed to strengthen a development process. Again, the rela tive stability of the gang structure, members of the gang and group cohesion specification com pliance level is the direct manifestation of group identity.Finaly,Article reflects on the gang gr oup identification for the player to the influence of the real life, on the one hand can evoke po sitive emotions of players, on the other hand, excessive group identification make players the game role of a external power began to control them, namely alienation; And players in the ga me gang group roles and role requires players to coordinate the relationship between reality, if the player cannot coordinate, can produce role conflict. How to make the game as a positive f orce acts on the human life, this needs the game industry, the government and all social syste ms thinking and exploration.
