| Along with the implementation of the new curriculum teaching reform, put forward higher request for elementary school teachers, not only to courses, as well as professional development of teaching, better services for education career.However, in the actual teaching process, we found that the primary school teachers’ teaching lack of expertise, ability to learn, research and cooperation have some problems, and in the present our country’s basic education work under the condition of deepening reform, the contradiction is more and more obviously.Training with professional standards and has the certain teaching literacy teaching is an important task of the current.Based on this, in this study, the author mainly related theory as the instruction, teacher’s professional development through the questionnaire survey, individual interview, data access, and other forms, and a primary school teacher in Dalian as the main object of study, a comprehensive analysis of their teaching expertise, and the problems existing among them do the scientific analysis, mainly for the novice teachers and master teachers in which reflects various problems, but also USES all kinds of independent development strategy, from the actual condition of two kinds of teaching, layered to carry out the corresponding strategies and Suggestions, in order to further promote primary school teachers improve their teaching work better, specialty and service for our country’s education career. |
