"Double-Competency"teachers are occupation school teachers who have professional qualification and teaching qualification.They are complex talents with both teaching capacity and practical experience.The goal of vocational education is to training talents,it makes sense of how "Double-Competency" teachers works in the development of vocational education. We have investigated and analyzed the developing of "Double-Competency" teachers in Shaanxi Province by questionnaire and face-to-face interview individually.We found problems in the following aspects:teachers introduce channels, "Double-Competency" evaluation standard, teachers training management problems.On the other hand,the "Double-Competency" teacher themselves have drawbacks of low number, low quality, few practice opportunities, strong academic tendency etc. According to all above, we make following suggestions:First,for the national and Province legislature,to establish separate sequence of occupation education teachers;Second,for the provincial government,to broaden channels of talent introduction;Third,the unity of "Double-Competency" teachers identification standard; Finally, for the school,to strengthen the management and training improving teachers’ practical ability, broaden cooperation content, formulate detailed "Double Teachers" training and incentive scheme. |
