Since the founding of New China, the family planning policy in the adjustment of China’s population structure has undergone great changes, a large population is still China’s basic national conditions at present, while there has been an aging population, a shortage of labor force, birth sex ratio imbalance issues are increasingly becoming an important factor affecting the economic and social development. For this series of questions, the Third Plenary Session of the eighth in the "decision" clearly indicate that you want to implement "a separate two-child" policy, in order to change the current status quo. The introduction of the policy can be said to be a major adjustment of China’s family planning policy, China is due to the improvement of the labor force shortage, accelerate the aging process of social, balanced sex ratio at birth, one child personality problems, raise a family and others have the ability to resist risks is very great significance.But the use of a gender perspective to examine this policy, we will find that after the introduction of a separate two-child policy introduced some relevant if no safeguards gender, to a certain extent, may make more women than men face more problems, such as In terms of employment, the plight of women in employment increased, reducing the social status of women; the right to reproductive choice, women occupy a weak position, and some women do not have the basic right to speak, in order to bring the female spiritual, psychological aspects of the problem, is not conducive to Family harmony; in family care, women may take on more tasks, resulting in reduced quality of life of women. Therefore, the author combines the values of social work, social work theory of women, from a gender perspective, to explore the subject of men and women of childbearing age as different situation. I selected x City as an example, the use of questionnaires and interviews to examine the potential impact of different two-child policy introduced after the individual women and men of reproductive age will bring to analyze the causes of this phenomenon and try from the social realities cultural level, the legislative level, the policy level to make recommendations to promote the introduction of relevant safeguards.
