"Ordinary language curriculum standards(experimental)"(hereinafter referred to as "standard language lessons") implementation, kicked off the high school language curriculum reform. In 2004, the first test area in Guangdong, Shandong and other four provinces launched, the general trend of the new curriculum, In 2006, Liaoning, also joined the ranks of the new curriculum reform experimental zone. Elective high school language is an important part of the creation of the new high school curriculum. Adjust the structure of the high school curriculum, but also to adapt to the times set of electives, attention to students’ individual differences, in the face of all students, the overall development of students. On the basis of the compulsory courses, an increase of elective courses, design different elective module, the students according to their own interests, choose your favorite electives. Today, the new curriculum reform in Liaoning Province, has in the past seven years, there have been five sessions of high school graduates, the author has a need to study the actual situation on the implementation of high school language electives, and summed up the new curriculum reform in Liaoning Province experiments gains and losses. To improve the status of implementation of high school language electives, the author put forward the theory humble opinion, Combined with the case put forward feasible, To attract the attention of the experts.
