With the curriculum reform of basic education, primary school science teaching effectiveness become our attention problems. The author carried out the research in "global for scientific attention, national teaching practice for science and the importance of science curriculum needs to be improved" background, hope that through this study, to provide a theoretical support and reference for the study of primary school science teaching; and to help teachers design scientific and effective teaching, promote effective primary school scientific teaching.Investigate the status quo of the implementation of effective teaching in the primary school science teachers, primary school science teachers understanding of the situation, find out the existing problems in their science teaching, and puts forward some suggestions and strategies to solve the problem. The author reviewed the literature, research status at home and abroad to understand the status of the investigation; the implementation of effective teaching of primary school science teachers using the questionnaire method, and interview with primary school science teachers; in the researches on the teachers and the questionnaire on the students to understand the situation, a 3D object in the course of teaching. Finally the implementation of effective teaching strategies of primary school science: one is to promote effective, inquiry activities effectively; two is the effective evaluation, promoting students’ overall progress; three is the effective development of course resources, promote the scientific curriculum diversity. And draw five conclusions about the scientific and effective teaching: 1 science teachers should have an accurate understanding of curriculum standard, strict design of teaching, promoting student inquiry process thoroughly; 2 teachers should pay attention to cultivating students’ emotion attitude and values, promoting the long-term development of students; 3 teachers to strengthen the exploration activity design and the ability of inquiry process management; 4 teachers should make clear the importance of evaluation, develop habits of students evaluation; 5 teachers to adapt to the role of "builders and developers" curriculum, science resources fully developed.
