Construction Of Equivalence Question Bank Based On Rasch Model And Spatial Rule Model

Question bank as an important tool of the modern test has a fast, efficient,scientific and many other advantages. In the process of question bank construction，the equivalence theory is one of the main development direction of modern educationmeasuremen.Some traits of measurement of subjects are the important content ofsocial measurement today. Question bank as the main tool of a test, subjectprofessional abilities will not change with change of test questions. Standardized testdepends entirely on the equivalent question bank. In general tests, there is noequivalent question bank to support test. Although it might seem fair to the examinee,test method are questionable. We not only need to test the equivalent model whichused to statistical analysis of measurement results, but also need to identify theprocess of measuring which requires the equivalent of a real question as measuringtool, so as that measure is scientific and fair.This paper first introduces the status quo of equivalent question bankconstruction at home and abroad and discusses the advantages and disadvantages ofthe classical measurement theory, generalized theory and item response theory.Then, Rasch model is discussed for solving equivalent question bank. Based on thetheory, method and characteristics of Rasch model, it is concluded that the Raschmodel in the superiority of modern education measurement and measure isometric.This is reason why this paper choose Rasch model as the method of equivalentquestion bank development. In the statistical results of Rasch model, Outfit MNSQ,Infit MNSQ parameters aimed at the measurement abnormal item so as to use spatialrule model to amend the item difficulty parameter and improve the question bankequivalence theory. So, we can create database of the equivalent question bank basedon Rasch model and spatial rule model theory. In chapter six, the design anddevelopment of online examination system is present. The system uses PHP5.0onApache2.20server technology, combined with SQL Server2000as development tool.Test paper automatically is generated accorting to item difficulty parameter through backtracking algorithm. This system is used to Kunming university ofscience and technology level2013architectural engineering technology. Twoequivalence tests are generated and experimented. The design method of balancegroup is used to test equivalent of two tests. The results are analysized by Wintsteps.The results prove that different people measured on the same difficulty item will getsame result and different tests measured one student will get same ability. This can beproved in this paper, the equivalent question bank construction method is correct.
