This paper mainly discuss the psychological counseling topics and techniques madeby an integration psychological consultant. Then explore the process about the topicsbe resolved and technique categories be used in each topics,in order to providereference for the psychological consultation about middle school students.The study select9cases made by an integration counselor who was popular in youthand in business over20years.There are three precesses in the research:(1)Analyzingthe topics through the Consensual Qualitative Research created by Hill.Thencombining with the literature analysis,there is a topic library about middle schoolstudents consultation.(2)There are several counseling techniques in the caseresearched by the content analysis method. Then calculate the frequence of thetechniques all over the case and determine the higher one.(3)Describe the precessabout how to use techniques to resolve the topics and analyze which theory the topictend to be by case study.There are several results in these research:(1)Individual psychological consultation libraries about middle school students include several contends:basic information collection;study theme;relationship theme;self-exploration theme; the source of the pressure;coping style;attributional pattern;life planning;negative events;activity after class/Stress reliever;familial intervention;deviant behavior.In the case of the individual psychological consultation of the integrated approach about middle school students,study;relationship;self-exploration were the deepest theme.the source of the pressure;coping style;attributional pattern;life planning;negative events;activity after class/Stress reliever;familial intervention. Grade/ranking,suggestion and homework of study,diet and sleep assessment,learning skill/tactics,study experience,relationship with family member are the significant sub-theme.(2)Technique categories of the individual psychological consultation of the integratedapproach about middle school students include several contents:reflectingattention;exploring;modifying cognition and feeling;behavior techniques;others. Exploring is used more than modifying cognition and feeling skills.Basic exploring is used more than exploring cognition and feeling skills.Intervention techniques oriented to exploring、guiding、modifying.(3)Theme Procession based on the empathy and listen.It’s oriented to explore and guide.Coping style procession are based on the exploring and modifying cognition and emphasis on behavior changes.Deviant behavior,activity after class/Stress reliever and life planning are emphasis on modifying behavior.relationships are emphasis on exploring and modifying about the cognition of the relationship.Self-exploration is based on the exploring and emphasis on modifying selfcognition.In the case of the individual psychological consultation of the integrated approach about middle school students,the topics resolved follow an order: explore-perturbance-modify-guidance and the techniques order were exploring-modifying-guiding.
