In the development of the society and at the same time, education is also placedin the increasingly important position, the student is the social development of thenext generation and hope, the physical and mental health of students also began tobe more social attention and attention. The exam anxiety phenomenon has become apervasive phenomenon in primary and middle school students in china. From thesocial, family, teachers and their own expectations, in adolescence, emotionalregulation ability of the middle school students is still relatively weak, prone toemotional distress, not only affect the physical and mental health, but also affectthe academic achievement. Examination anxiety is an important psychologicalproblems of students in learning and life, has a direct impact on students in theexamination of learning emotion and learning efficiency. Some students even soweary.In this study, with a focus on Gejiu High School students as the researchobject, to test anxiety scale (TAS) as the questionnaire, gender differences mainlyexam anxiety and reading therapy to make a deep research on the improvement of thehigh student exam anxiety. The study on the10level of test anxiety of secondarysubjects reading therapy.The results of this study show that, high school students test anxiety hassignificant difference in sex, female students’ test anxiety levels were significantlyhigher than that of male students test anxiety. The exam anxiety students were readingguidance, setting the control group. Through the comparison between theexperimental group and the control group as well as the pre-test and post-test, theexperimental group after the test and control group were significantly differentsignificantly, experimental group in the post-test and the experimental group pretestdifferences significantly. The conclusion can be drawn, reading therapy significantlyimproved on high school students test anxiety.
