Chinese Women’s Volleyball let us stand on the supreme position withsweats、tears&blood, so it’s always the focus of our attention&expectation for theteam. Now it’s at the stage of replacing for older and younger generation, while theyounger generation don’t have enough experience and skills, further, the teamcooperate is not perfect also, which result in Chinese Women’s Volleyball failed outof the world1st：class team. However, Chinese Women’s Volleyball is still trying tosearch a new power source with the belief of “spirit” at this hard time, and the “spirit”of No Abandon&No Give Up inspired every Chinese Women’s Volleyball teammembers. Although women’s volleyball development is experiencing the hard time,but the "spirit" does not subside, and it still has a strong vitality and appeal, which getthe praise of the people from all over the world.The new session of Chinese Women’s Volleyball led by LangPing kindle thehope of light and refreshed the team. It’s set up in May of2013, and the teamexperience a great of difficulties such as the worst performance in36years, that makeChinese realized The Women’s Volleyball is not that team who can get the "FiveSuccessive Championships" again. The development and innovation of volleyballnow is changed very rapidly, and the main trend with advantage is tall, powerful andcomprehensive. Europe and the United States team do not only focus on the attack,but also pay more effort on the defensive ability. The Asian excellent team with betterability of defence, also strengthen on a variety of fast changing tactics running. WhileChinese Women’s Volleyball team still keep stagnant, it’s really difficult to regain theworld champion. Under the leadership of Lang Ping, the various technical performance is not good enough, especially in the important contests of2013, whichis disappoint.This paper takes the performance of the new women’s volleyball team in the yearof2013as the object to study, and with the statistical data as the basis, through themethod of literature material、interview、video observation、mathematical analysis toanalyze the existing problem, it points out the weakness of Chinese team comparedwith EU&US team and other Asian team based on the consideration of thedevelopment of the local contests and construction of back：up team.
