Objective: Understand the present situation of junior middle school students’ lifeskills better; explore the use of special group counseling training; improve students’life skills effectively and put forward feasible training programs, strategies andreflections for junior students’ life skills.Methods: Analyze the result of a survey to531students by using the “EvaluationTable of Junior Middle School Students’ Life Skills”; intervene life skills to53students by giving group counseling analyze the result.Conclusion:1. Current situation:The present situation of junior middle school students’ life skills hassimilarity,and has differences with age difference,gender difference and difference ofbeing class cadre or not.2. Effect of intervention:According to the survey before and after group counseling, we can learn that9times of the special life skill group counseling can improve the life skills of juniorhigh school students. And it can also significantly improve the interpersonalcommunication skills, interpersonal personality charm, self-esteem, self-confidenceand self-efficacy, and emotion management. |
