Research On The Life Skills Of Junior High School Students

In twenty-first Century,with the development of network technology,different kinds of Ideological and cultural exchanges have been more frequent,and the environment of students' growth has undergone profound changes.In the future,things will be more unpredictable.We can not define the future,but at least it is clear that the ultimate goal of education is to enable children to have better viability.At present,campus bullying,Internet addiction,anxiety,depression and other problems are becoming more and more prominent.School management and family education are facing unprecedented challenges.The Life skill education can effectively relieve the students' various pressures,reduce the negative emotional experience such as tension and anxiety,improve the level of self-awareness of middle school students and promote the comprehensive quality of middle school students.Life skills education can also promote the development of physical and mental health of middle school students.This study takes junior high school students in X Middle School as the research object.On the basis of consulting a large number of documents,we use questionnaires,interviews,and other research methods to understand the current level of life skills of junior high school students.In general,the main problems in the life skills of junior high school students are as follows.The ability to solve the problem is not strong.The self-confidence is insufficient.Students can't correctly evaluate themselves.They are not good at adjusting emotions through pouring out.Through interviews and field observation,it is found that the school's lack of attention to life skills education,the lack of planning for the training of students' life skills,the misunderstanding of teachers' understanding of life skills,and the lack of family's role in the training of children's life skills are the main reasons for the existence of problems in the life skills of junior high school students.This research aims at the main problems of junior high school students in various latitudes,and based on the school management angle,the training strategies are put forward to optimize the life skills of junior high school students from the school,teachers and homeschool cooperation.The school should strengthen the life skill education and incorporate student life skills into the training planning system.Also the school should improve teachers' comprehensive quality and strengthen teachers' life skills education and training.What's more we should strengthen parent-school cooperative interaction,and cultivate students' life skills together.
