With the implementation of the basic education curriculum reform forward, became the focus of the new teaching methods reform curriculum reform. This paper studies the relationship between the current school organizational change theory and teaching methods to better understand the changes in teaching methods in the implementation of school organization. Through this research could help us better understand the current changes in school organization teaching the problems and future trends. From the perspective of the school trying to organizational theory to the relationship between teaching and school organization theory as the theoretical basis to discuss changes in teaching methods exist in the school organization issues. Combining the use of quantitative and qualitative methods to analyze the current school organization change the status quo existing teaching methods, as well as resistance to change teaching methods encountered in the course of the school organization, and thus changes in teaching methods proposed effective school organization strategies and recommendations.
