Biology is a natural science based on the experiment, and biology experimental teaching plays a vital role in the whole teaching. At the same time, the biological curriculum explicitly advocates inquiry-based learning and attaches great importance to improve the students’ biological science literacy. As a result, the reasonable using of exploring study in high school biology experiment teaching not only promotes new biology teaching demands but also accords with the own of the biology character. However, the inquiry-based teaching development starts relatively late in our country, the combination of theory and practice research still is not perfected and the exploratory teaching research about the biological experiment is relatively few. Biological experiments include the verification experiment and exploratory experiment. Inquiry-based teaching research is more focused on the exploratory experiment. We often ignore that the verification experiment has its explorative. Therefore, the research of inquiry-based teaching reasonably applied to different types of biology experiment in high school has its certain value.In this study, I combine theory and practice and use four methods including literature analysis, action research, educational experiment and questionnaire method. I take it as the key point that the reasonable use of exploratory teaching in verification experimental, at the same time, paying attention to the reasonable optimization study of exploratory experiment teaching, putting forward theory about inquiry-based teaching reasonably applied in different types of biology experiment in high school. And I apply it to practice, in order to stimulate students’ learning interest and participation, cultivate the students’ learning initiative, improve the experiment ability, develop students’ inquiry ability, etc. Meanwhile, I hope that the study may provide certain reference for biology teachers when they use inquiry-based teaching in experiment teaching.Process and conclusions of this study are as follows:First, through the literature analysis and combing with the actuality, the research question has been determined. Through the theoretical research, I have put forward the theory strategy about inquiry-based teaching reasonably applied in different types of biology experiment in high school, and have taken the action research in practice school, Shenzhen Guangming senior middle school.Second, during the action research, the experimental method is adopted to study. First, I Determined the two parallel class in high school science department as the research object.7class for the control class,11class for experimental class. In the beginning of the semester, pre-test analysis was carried out on biological performance of the subjects. Then in a semester of biological experiment, reasonable exploratory teaching was used in different types of experiment in the experimental class, but adopting inquiry-based teaching in exploratory experiment in comparative class according to the current teaching model in this school. At the end of the semester, post-test analysis was carried out on the subjects, mainly undertaking to the student questionnaire and biological tests.Finally, through the analysis of test results before and after the experiment, the following conclusions:(1) exploratory teaching reasonable application in different types of high school biology experiment can improve students comprehensive ability. Students in experimental class have little increase all about interest, cognition, experimental skills and explore capabilities compared with those in comparative class.(2) exploratory teaching reasonable application in different types of high school biology experiment can improve students biological knowledge. Before the test, the experimental class biological average score was almost no difference with that in comparative class, and then, according to the measured experimental class biological average score is little higher than comparative class, which is non-significant.In addition, the inquiry-based teaching reasonable application in different types of high school biology experiments promotes the students’ progress and also the teachers’ knowledge ability.The innovation of this study is proposing reasonable use of exploratory teaching strategy for different types of biological experiments, especially rational inquiry for the verification experiment and taking Shenzhen Guangming senior middle school for example to research on how to reasonable use of exploratory teaching in high school biology experiment.
