Since2007, financial crisis swept the whole world, bringing significant impact to world economy. Enterprises in our country also suffered enormous impact. But the financial crisis also provides many opportunities for merger foreign capital enterprise and pioneering the oversea market. The most important link is how to stick "Go global strategy" to promote dispatched employees system. This thesis analyzes the opportunities for Chinese enterprises, and gives some advice to improve dispatched employees system.Chapter one mainly introduces some backgrounds about dispatch employees situation in China.Chapter two focuses on discussing problems in dispatch employees. Using law principles to explain a series of reasons, it combines some cases into the analysis of the problems.Chapter three, from contract law, labor law, and international law perspectives, explains the difference between dispatch employees and other similar regimes.Chapter four gives some suggestions to improve the dispatch employees system.Chapter five concludes.
