As educators, we have no reason to miss the golden age ofthe innovation education. This research focus on the ordinary high school students in theeducation of innovation education base of study and life management strategy, is willingto provide a new train of thought for the ordinary high school innovation education andreference.In this paper, the first part is problem, describes the research background andresearch significance of innovation education.In this paper, the second part is literature review analyzes the innovation educationresearch status at home and abroad, the innovation education, the base and part of thecreative management strategy for the definition.The third part is the research method and technical route analysis. This study usedliterature review, observation, field research, comparative study, crossover study method,case analysis, experience summary and so on.In this paper, the fourth part is the innovation education base of average highschool management strategy research, innovation practice of average high school schoolin dalian, for example, from the curriculum management, teaching management, studentmanagement, teacher management, equipment management, financial management andcultural construction and so onAngle discusses the management strategy of innovationeducation base. Which in the management and teaching management, detailedinterpretation of innovation education base of average high school curriculum system,curriculum, teaching concept, activity organization, classroom teaching and classroom management of the specific practice and experience. Using the Internet platformtechnology in school management, introduced the concept of Internet of things in theequipment management, realize the modern ways of information management. In theevaluation of management, Uses the manual record the learning process of students’development, in addition to the self-evaluation of students, students mutual, teacherevaluation, evaluation of learning outcomes, focus on the social perspective evaluationexperts and entrepreneurs in universities.
