Abstrzct:Launched a campaign to taekwondo in China since1992and in2000or so will the movement to phase in college PE class, although in recent years and great progress has been made in progress, but due to factors such as open time is short, there are a lot of problems. Purpose: this study through to the sichuan province tae kwon do in colleges and universities to carry out the interview investigation, the development of the tae kwon do in college and universities in sichuan province is analysed, and the status quo, explore the factors to promote the development of sichuan university tae kwon do movement, for the development of sichuan province tae kwon do, sichuan college of other sports development to provide certain theoretical basis and the reference price. Method:in this paper, the selection of xihua university, sichuan chengdu sports college, xihua normal university, chengdu university of technology, chengdu information engineering college, southwest university of finance and economics, cooking college in chengdu, chengdu institute of aviation technology was conducted in8colleges and universities. Through literature, questionnaire, interview survey method, mathematical statistics method to analyze it, to understand the current situation of the college taekwondo development in sichuan province. Results:(1) improve the level of sichuan university taekwondo teaching staff;(2)improve sichuan province tae kwon do teaching methods;(3) improve the colleges and universities of sichuan province tae kwon do teaching material;(4) rational appraisal system in colleges and universities of sichuan province;(5) perfect universities in sichuan province tae kwon do site, equipment facilities;(6) seize opportunities, speed up the development;(7)Once as a whole the coordinated development of sichuan university tae kwon do movement development.Conclusion:(1) sichuan university tae kwon do movement development is not only related to athletes training venues and equipment, and the level of university teachers and the teaching method is closely related;(2) universities in sichuan province and the selection of taekwondo teaching appraisal system of students in colleges and universities of sichuan province tae kwon do movement also play a large role in promoting the development of;(3) the development of the universities in sichuan province tae kwon do movement only care for and support by the leaders, the student to have the interest to the tae kwon do movement, to make the colleges and universities of sichuan province tae kwon do movement get vigorous development.
