Physical teaching is an important part of higher education, but alsois an important part of the implementation of quality education. How to implement"people-oriented","health first" guiding ideology of education, to enhance physicalfitness of students, to develop personality of students, to train philosophy of sports ofstudents lifelong, have become into the direction of further research for sports workersin the college.Volleyball is one of the Chinese major sports projects developed, the majority ofour universities have opened a volleyball elective course, but due to technical andtactical characteristics of volleyball, which led to the dull teaching process, coupledwith the traditional teaching model of a single, it lacks of innovative,that easily enablestudents to produce fatigue,to reduce students’ interest in learning, thus the collegevolleyball class is not conduct smoothly. In this study, contrarying to heavy and difficulttask of teaching objectives and teaching stage, following the law of the formation ofsports skills, designing the interested exercises of the principles and ideas,enablestudents to learn in fun and pleasant atmosphere and to master the basic techniques ofvolleyball. And we use the teaching experiment method, literature data method,questionnaires survey method,experts interviews method and mathematical statisticsmethod, taking two classes of volleyball elective classes of2013Public Sports in theShangqiu Normal University as experimental subjects,according to the experimentalcomparison method, using traditional teaching models and Interest Teaching Methodsfor teaching methods respectively in the experimental classes and control classes, fromthe results of the experimental comparison,we verify the feasibility scientific andeffective of Interest Teaching Model,that provide a theoretical basis and practicalreference for future lasting experimental studies.At the same time the research has agood role to improve students’physical function and mastery of technology,it also has agreat practical significance and practical value in the reform of traditional campusvolleyball teaching situation. By comparative analysis and discussion,we get thefollowing conclusions:1,Contrasting with the Interest Teaching Mode and the traditional teaching model, thestudents’ physical fitness has improved in some extent, but there was no significantdifference in a short time.2, The use of Interest Teaching Mode makes students’ volleyball basic technologyimproved, more conducive to the mastery of the students’ technical movements.3, The design of Interest Teaching Mode of teaching methods can inspire enthusiasmand motivation for student learning. By using the Interest Teaching Mode, The experimental class has showed a more significant difference than the control classes inthe learning interest, it improves the students’ interest in participating of the volleyballsports.4,The design of interesting practice methods is in line with the characteristics ofphysical and mental development of college students in interest teaching mode,so it isnecessary to promote and implement the Interest Teaching Method in the universities. |
