With the improvement of material standard of living,theproportion of sports is becoming more and more large in people’s life.Peoplegradually realize that physical exercise has not only physical fitness,People graduallyrealize the importance of physical exercise, Physical exercise can improve physicalquality.At the same time, people also begin to pay close attention to physicalexercise psychological benefits.Many studies have found,by taking part in physicalexercise, people’s anxiety was lower, depression is reduce, cognitive function wasimproved, and in the process of exercise, they experience the comfortable andsmooth, easy and pleasant, interpersonal become smooth and so on.Further study found, different sports have different psychological effects. Forexample: taijiquan can improve concentration and mood; Table tennis could improvethe response speed and the intelligence; Community sports improve interpersonalrelationship, promote exchanges, contact feelings, enhance trust, has a unique role inunderstanding and friendship.With the continuous development of taekwondo, about its theory research isunceasingly rich,which is public sports in one of the successful promotion andpopularization of sports.Because of the special etiquette culture of taekwondoetiquette culture,some studies put forward the tae kwon do exercise can help improvethe children’s conduct.But their views mainly adopts simple description or a lack ofcontrol survey, so their persuasion is not strong.Instead, because the tae kwon dobelongs to the field against the project, also some people think that bring moreattacks after the meeting, and also their views from theoretical analysis, the lack ofempirical found that it is difficult to convince.In order to study the effect of taekwondo on conduct,In this paper, the authorchosed150children as exercise group from three different taekwondo hall inchangzhi,whose average age is9years old and practice time is more than sixmonths.Selected the150children as not exercise group, whose characteristics is thesame as the exercise group’s, and they didn’t take part in the sports interest class.Theauthor put the conduct assessment of the part as a survey tool, from the children’sbehavior questionnaire scale Conners scale parents and teachersthe children’sbehavior questionnaire Conners scale for parents’ and teachers’,investigated300 children parents and teacher in charge teacher, to understand the character ofchildren, used Spss16.0to sort out the collected data, compared the parents andteacher evaluation in turn exercise group and the group, the male and female genderdifferences in character by using two independent sample T test method;alsoanalyzes the exercise group children exercise time and conduct relationship throughbivariate correlation analysis method.The results showed that:both the children’s parents evaluate children’s behavior or conduct teacherevaluation exercise group show character better than the non-exercise group, whichfully shows Tae Kwon Do helps to improve children’s conduct.Correlation analysis from Tae Kwon Do workout time and children’s behavior,we can find the time between Tae Kwon Do positively associated with children’sbehavior, that the longer the exercise time, the better the children’s behavior, thesame explanation Tae Kwon Do exercise helps improve children’s conduct.It also found that: there are differences between boys and girls Tae Kwon Doworkout groups of children of different sex conduct.Conclusion: Taekwondo exercise helps improve children’s behavior.
