| The Sichuan Men’s Volleyball Team,officially established in1952,wasa shiningstar in1990s.Ithas got the champion and runner-up in National Games, and won theAsian Championship one after another. Besides, the team contributed a lot to the goodperformance in the Asian Championship and the World Men’s Volleyball League. Atthe same time,until2012, the Sichuan Men’s Volleyball Team has output more thanhundred excellent athletes. At that time, the Sichuan Men’s Volleyball Team hasformed its own athletic style. Their techniques and tactics are relatively complete, andtheir movement is quick and changeable which is very famous. However, in the late1990s, as the old members retired one by one,the score of Sichuan Men’s VolleyballTeam decreased. What was worse, their morale was also much less than before. Aftersome unexpected low rank, people began to pay less attention to the volleyballgames,and the relative government departments’ support gradually weakened, whichmakes Sichuan men’s volleyball project gets cold gradually from a popular project inSichuan Province. This situation of course has a severe impact on volleyball players ’income and welfare,which leads to a lower morale.The situation of Sichuan Competitive Men’s Volleyball team appears to haveentered a vicious cycle, but if we can find out the key causes of the problem withvarious means to support, Sichuan Men’s volleyball will be full of vigour again. Andthe cause is the disadvantage of Sichuan Men’s Volleyball reserve training system. Allthe sports teams need reserve forces. If the reserve forces are too weak, the teams willbecome water without a headstream. On the one hand,the sport technology was keptimproving. On the other hand, the sport spring can’t carry on. Now the Sichuan men’svolleyball is facing with an imperfect reserve training system. To perfect Sichuan menathletic volleyball reserve training system, this article used utilization methods,literature material, interview and questionnaire survey to carry out researches onSichuan men junior, senior, middle school and university reserve volleyball players,including in-depth discussions in their body indicators, training forms, welfaretreatments, development directions. Eventually the article came out views andrecommends of helping perfect the Sichuan men athletic volleyball reserve trainingsystem. This article was divided into four sections:Conclusions and recommendations. Through the analysis of Sichuan Men’svolleyball reserve training system, the author came up with the improvement and development of recommendations that suited for the reform of the training system ofcompetitive volleyball reserve talents training in Sichuan.1. Adjust the training workof ideas in order to foster the development of talent comprehensive developmenttargets and tasks. To guide the day-to-day work carried out;2. Adjust Default willcontest leverage, coordination of the project layout is not the situation, at the sametime, promote the city state in the construction of the contingent;3. To continue toexplore the scientific and practical results of the integrated mode;4. Adjust therelevant policies, including focus on men’s volleyball team coach-building, at alllevels of operational capacity and to restore the School formed, the rational andefficient use, sports, enabling volleyball, special funds; and5. Strengtheningprovincial professional men’s volleyball team-building;6. Strengthen coachesteam-building and improving coach treatment, and optimize the performanceappraisal mechanism. |
