Analysis And Research On The Training Of Reserve Talents For Competitive Volleyball In Sichuan Province

In the past three national games,Sichuan men’s volleyball team failed to get into the top eight,and only won the sixth and eighth place in the two seasons of 2019-2020 and 2020-2021;Since 2000,the National Games of Sichuan women’s volleyball team has failed,and the National League has been struggling on the edge of relegation,which highlights that the cultivation of reserve talents can not keep up with the times,coupled with the bad external environment,the decline of attention and the lack of funds.This paper analyzes the cultivation of reserve talents of competitive volleyball in Sichuan Province,using the methods of literature review,questionnaire survey,expert interview,Field investigation method,mathematical statistics,logical analysis and other research methods,taking the coaches and athletes participating in the 2020 Sichuan Provincial Volleyball Championship and the coaches and athletes of Sichuan youth volleyball team as the research objects,and discussing with the relevant leaders and experts of Sichuan competitive volleyball Interview,analysis and exploration of Sichuan competitive volleyball reserve personnel training problems,hoping to help Sichuan competitive volleyball out of the trough as soon as possible,back to the peak.The conclusions are as follows:1.The reserve talents of competitive volleyball in Sichuan Province are mainly trained by schools,but at present,the source of volleyball students in Sichuan Province is relatively scarce,the differences between regions are large,the training concept is not unified,the construction of reserve talents base is slow,and the effect of youth basic training and youth team training is not good.2.Sichuan Province "three big balls" into the campus has achieved initial results,school volleyball talent training is mainly to enter higher education plus points,it is difficult to have high-quality reserve talents.Although Junior Volleyball Coaches in primary and secondary schools have higher education,most of them are young coaches with weak teaching ability.3.The non-technical indexes and physical quality of young volleyball players in Sichuan Province are not dominant in China,and the overall level of talent introduction from other provinces is low.The coach team has old qualifications and high technical level,but lacks the necessary scientific research and physical training guarantee,the physical quality of reserve talents is improved slowly,and there are few talents to the national team.4.However,due to the long-term influence of the concept of "emphasizing sports and neglecting culture",most coaches and athletes need to improve their understanding of the importance of cultural learning;athletes’ treatment,enrollment,retirement placement and injury protection need to be further improved.5.Sichuan competitive volleyball belongs to the "government led" type,the source of funds is relatively stable,but the number is limited;volleyball events at all levels are constantly improving,but few social investment to run volleyball events.Suggestions:1.As soon as possible in the province’s 21 cities,the establishment of primary and secondary school volleyball characteristics school,unified school training concept,speed up the construction of reserve talent base,strive for the stable transportation of Volleyball Reserve Talents in schools and bases of all cities.2.Further strengthen cooperation with colleges and universities,jointly establish volleyball talent training base,teaching practice base,joint training,promote the development of Sichuan volleyball.3.Improve the level of volleyball scientific research,increase the introduction of advanced volleyball auxiliary equipment and technology at home and abroad,strengthen the level of physical specialization.4.Accelerate the reform process of "sports and education integration" in the whole province,and improve the relevant security system for excellent athletes.5.We should actively play the leading role of the government,attract social forces,broaden the sources of volleyball funds,vigorously apply for international and domestic volleyball competitions,and strive to build Sichuan into a gold medal competition area.
