Pre-school education is an important social public-benifit career, is an important part of national education system, is the beginning of a lifelong education, is the foundation of basic education. It begins to go into to people’s vision. In recent years, pre-school education as a public product supply, universally recognized by society, has made considerable progress. The ability of building new kindergartens is gradually improved, educational resources continue to be optimized, teachers’staff are maturing. But it can not be ignored, pre-school education is still the weakest one of all the education stages. It makes a bad influence on entire education.In this paper, the status of Y City preschool conduct investigations, mainly using such kinds of methods:literature, research method, comparative research method, the actual analysis. The discussion of public services, we Investigate from the different perspectives, such as the state, society, schools, parents and so on. To define the responsibility. Analyze the decisions, investment, supply, evaluation, supervision and other aspects of education public services.
