The number of university graduates of China has increased rapidly from2120000in2003to7270000in2014since the college enrollment expansion in1999, the employment of college students has become the focus of attention of the whole society. Higher education human resources growth rate far exceeded the upgrading of economic development, industrial structure and speed of higher education teaching reform,the phenomenon that jobs community provides and talents of higher education are not match in quantity or quality has become increasingly prominent. Sports professional graduates in this environment also appeared the employment situation is more serious, the gap between the social sports professional graduates employment expectations and the reality of employment is very large, professional counterparts (refers to the social sports jobs) and basic counterparts (refers to any physical posts) employment is low quality and quantity of phenomenon. Therefore, the employment situation and prospects on social sports graduates become one of great concern to the school, society, parents, students and so on.Taking82graduates of Yangzhou University Sports Institute2011-2013session of social sports professional as the research object, adopting the methods of literature review, questionnaire survey, mathematical statistics, analysis of the current situation of employment of social sports graduates of Yangzhou University according to the investigation to the graduates and employers.About these existing problems, some solving ways are put forward, which has positive significance to promote the healthy social sports specialty in our college, sustained development. Statistical analysis of the employment situation of graduates of Social Sports Specialty in Yangzhou university and research on the employer.The results showed that, graduates are employed by the civil service administrative sector accounted for10.26%, the education sector accounted for23.07%, non sports Enterprise Inc accounted for33.33%, the sports industry companies accounted for29.49%, self-employed accounted for3.85%; the regional flow of graduates is mainly distributed in two or three line city in JiangSu province. Graduates salary level is slightly lower than the average monthly income of JiangSu province college graduates,65.38%graduates are satisfied with the current work, but also a small part of graduates is not high on job satisfaction.52.57%of the graduates of the school content not satisfied, that can not meet the demand of the society.78.21%of the graduates think the school specialized course setting unreasonable, reflected in the "quantity, but not to complex","slow to update, the old content".56.41%of the graduates of the school practice teaching arrangement is not satisfactory, think the practice activity did not achieve the desired effect.80.77%of the graduates in the university did not have occupation career planning.57.69%of the graduates are not satisfied with the school career guidance work. Evaluations of the graduates by employers about students’professional quality and comprehensive ability exist significant differences.The conclusion of the study:1.Employment directions of graduates are mainly distributed in the education sector, non sports Enterprise Inc and the sports industry. The education department and the non sports Enterprise Inc employment rate decreased year by year, and the sports industry, the employment of graduates has a rising trend, the regional flow of graduates tend to be in the two or three line cities in South of JiangSu area.2.Graduates’ job satisfaction is good on the whole, but there are still some people are not so satisfied with current job. Analysis of the unsatisfactory reason, that may be of its adaptability is not high, no systematic planning for the future, work pressure is too large, the salary levels did not reach their own satisfaction.3.Graduates’satisfaction to the school teaching content is not high, reflecting the curriculum and the practice of professional teaching arrangements exist certain problems. Schools in the occupation career planning and employment guidance work is not able to make students satisfied.4.The employers are satisfied with the graduates in general terms, but graduates still need to strengthen the comprehensive ability in the innovation ability, market awareness and communication skills. Communication between schools and employers is too little, thus the school did not play a connection link between employers and students.
