In recent years, preschool education has raised widely awareness. Many cities begin to regulate the establish, checking and organizing. High qualified kindergarten teachers are in great need at the moment. In our country, the most kindergarten teachers are mainly from secondary vocation school and vocational school. But the quality of the students is declined, students’ learning situation is bad, these have a great influence on the enrichment of these new teachers.In this study, the vocational school students in the X County School are the research object, the students’ learning situation is analyzed on the basis of theory of domestic and international education management, and through questionnaires and interviews, the use of empirical investigation and case analysis. And propose to solve the problem in the analysis of learning based on problem factors methods and strategies.The main contents of this thesis are as follows:Introduction:this thesis mainly consists of four parts. The first part is respectively explains three reasons, from early childhood education, school development and teacher development; the second part is to define the important concept of this thesis; the third part reviews the current research on vocational students learning situation; the fourth part of the thesis introduces general research ideas and methods.The first chapter:Empirical Study of vocational school students’ learning situation. The first chapter introduces the background, then analyzes the students’ questionnaire, interview results and a summary of the problem.The second chapter:analysis of the causes of secondary vocational school students’ learning situation. This chapter is based on the analysis of data on students’ learning situation. It mainly analyzes the factors affecting students’ learning from the aspects of students, the school level, teacher level and family level. The level of students is mainly from four aspects:learning interest, learning motivation, negative non intelligence factors and self efficacy. School level is mainly three aspects: school environment, evaluation system settings, and the curriculum; teachers are mainly from two aspects:teaching ideas and the new relationship between teachers and students; family mainly includes the parents’ more attention to the students’ academic and their support. The third chapter:the Countermeasures on the problems of young students. This chapter proposes some suggestions for vocational students, it is the based on the analysis of the reasons in the previous chapter, and combine with the own experience.Conclusion:this part summarizes the whole thesis, and describes some inadequacies.
