Research On The Influence Of Experiential Training Idea On The Reform Of PE Teaching Mode In Colleges And Universities

China35years since the reform and opening up, both in the economic, political, cultural and military, in all aspects of science and technology have undergone changes in turn the world upside down.each of which is Chinese can deeply feel, but our "China dream" has not been fully realized, is still on the road of reform, to start a new journey. The era of rapid development of higher education has put forward higher requirements, as a college education is an important part of physical education teaching as well as other subject facing the curriculum system, teaching ideas and teaching mode of renewal and reform. In recent years, experiential training has been widely used in enterprises, the new teaching mode and teaching content has been the concern of the educators, the reform of college physical education teaching mode has the reference value. How to reform the experiential training philosophy of the essence, the soul that is based on its ideology to guide the physical model is the focus of this paper.In this paper, using literature study, expert interview method, case analysis and comparative research on the following researches on the core issues:first, what is experiential training idea, what is the meaning of the value of it. Second, what is a physical education mode, the existing teaching mode is what state, what problems; Third, how to implement the experiential training education concept or theory in the reform of college sports teaching mode, strive for development on construction of colleges and universities sports teaching theory, rich perfect play a positive role, in colleges and universities sports teaching reform practice to provide some useful guidance and reference. This article through to the concept of experiential training by delving into the education concept of, analyzes the problems existing in the sports teaching pattern in colleges and universities in our country at present stage, the use of the enterprise new experiential training successful cases of college students, expounds the experiential training in sports teaching objectives, accelerate the reform of physical education teaching strategies, teachers’ position and role of renew, the change of education condition, teaching evaluation means the influence of the development of five aspects, and come to the conclusion and puts forward the corresponding Suggestions.
