Youth Marxists Training Mode Research Colleges And Universities

The cultivation of young Marx nationalists plays an important role in the revolution, reconstruction and reform and opening-up period under the Communist Party of China’s leading. At present, the youth Marxists training is an important part in ideological and political education in colleges and universities, which plays an positive role in enriching ideological and political education methods and promoting its develop. As the teenager university students’concentrating filed, colleges and universities are aiming at training a large number of youth Marxists. This project is not only the colleges and universities’ideological and political work requirement,but also the purpose of training course for "green horse project" development. By deeply analyzing of the cultivation of young Marx nationalists, this article offers successful experiences for enriching the content of ideological and political education in colleges and universities and overall cultivation of colleges and universities’ students. On the one hand, being targeted to cultivate youth Marxists promotes the development of ideological and political education in colleges and universities; on the other hand, it firms belief of the colleges and universities students in political field,guides the formation of youth right minds and makes students grow up on proper, scientific road so that they will be builders and successors for the socialist construction and development. By using documentation method and questionnaires method, this article analyses the definition of youth Marxists and claims the background, the reasons of the existing problems,reasons,principles and effective approaches of the cultivation of youth Marxists. It attaches importance to the cultivation of youth Marxists in ideological and political education in colleges and universities.This is badly needed in training builders and successors to develop socialism with Chinese characteristic at present. The cultivation of young Marx nationalists in colleges and universities should keep pace with the times, combine theory and practice, and pay more attention that the practice under the theory is very important to the training of youth Marxists. What’s more,good atmosphere and powerful guarantee should be provided so as to promote the vigorously enforce in this project. Based on this point, this article contributes to explore the effective ways of the cultivation of young Marx nationalists in colleges and universities and try their best to achieve the professional value of the ideological and political education researchers, the workers.
