The new teacher is the beginning of the career, it is not only a transition stage, the new teachers experience from a pedagogue to change a processof education, but also a key period that is teachers’ professional development. Teachers just on the teachers, the lack of practical experience, is also veryeasy to appear various the new teacher training, development of open education and professional career they can play an important role, and what kindof training is their need? Therefore, to carry out evaluation of the new teacher training program, in order to ensure the optimal scheme for the new teacher training.This paper was studied by the domestic and foreign literature, the exist ing evaluation model study and analysis, taking CIPP (Context, Input, Process, Product) model as the core, a primary and middle school teachers training evaluation model, and the corresponding index system and specific implementation measures. Combined with questionnaires and interviews with research methods, analyzes the current status of Xuancheng City, new teachers, and the use of the established index system, the evaluation system of blue green project. The current problems are analyzed, and the evaluation of the training andimprovement suggestions are put forward.
