A Study On Community Governance Model In Daqing High - Tech Zone

Since1991,the Ministry of Civil Affairs putted forward of “community building”,the contemporary Chinese society have been promoting the community buildingin-depth exploration gradual, Shanghai, Shenyang and other cities have got each uniquemode of community governance from exploration and practice. With the developmentof community governance at home and abroad, communities as the basic unit of socialorganization today is not just the urban grass-roots community management, it also hasa very important political function, become increasingly important in the managementof community work in today’s society.In early2013, Daqing High-Tech Zone was to strengthen community services andthe autonomous function as the goal to reduce grass-roots level to break the socialmanagement, with a focus on innovation community management system, theimplementation of "One committee, one workstation, one council" mode, whichconducted research on community governance model.
